A Military Romance

I get all sappy when I hear about any type of military love story; I can’t help it I am a sucker for all things military-affiliated. Rex and Ashley’s relationship started all due to a mutual best friend who was adamant about them meeting at a dance hall. Rex knew how to dance, and Ashley wanted to learn to dance, and upon meeting they just clicked!! Ashley loved learning how to dance with Rex. He lived 5 hours away due to being on military orders, and eventually, a dance partner blossomed into an incredible friendship. They both found themselves driving 5 hours to see each other every chance they got! Rex asked Ashley to be his girlfriend on a cruise in the Bahamas, and shortly after the cruise, they started talking about creating a life together. Ashley and her family made the move to Austin, TX to be with Rex and start their lives together. Their next adventure landed them in Punta Cana, DR where Rex proposed to Ashley during a photoshoot on the beach! Ashley knows God created a beautiful story for them and marrying her best friend is just the beginning of this story.
